Your mission

• You will play a decisive role in shaping the future of our sales‑related CRM and ERP landscape, supporting and developing Salesforce and SAP S/4 HANA in this key role
• You will work closely with the IT team and, as the central point of contact, coordinate cooperation with the sales department
• You will analyse sales requirements and record them in a structured manner
• You will translate technical requirements into technical solutions (customising, configuration, specification).
• You will ensure high data quality and optimal system utilisation.
• You will manage the relevant interfaces and work on the SAP S/4HANA implementation, including go‑live support.
• You will assume the key user role for the sales department (training, consulting, support and creation of system documentation).

Your profile

• You have a degree (e.g. in business informatics or business administration) or a comparable qualification
• You have very good knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP S/4 HANA in the sales environment
• You have experience as a key user and CRM/ERP expert, ideally also in ERP implementation projects
• You have a very good understanding of end‑to‑end sales processes
• You are confident in using MS Office and ideally have basic knowledge of interfaces, data models and system integration
• You are characterised by a strong understanding of processes and systems as well as an analytical, structured and solution‑oriented approach to work
• Your profile is rounded off by strong communication skills, initiative and a sense of responsibility.
