Your tasks will include:* Budget and schedule responsibility for all technical aspects* Coordination of all development departments to meet the requirements of national and international customers (m/f/d)* Verification of all customer requirements* Creation and control of specific customer specificationsWHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE* Successfully completed engineering degree, e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable* Experience in development, particularly in CAD design* Initial experience in managing various development departments is an advantage* Good written and spoken English skills* High degree of flexibility and stress resistance* Willingness to travel occasionallyYour strengths and experience count at Rheinmetall, even if you may not meet all of the listed requirements.
