As a product specialist for our central management system, you are the key person when it comes to integrating and further developing our security solutions. You ensure that all our systems work together seamlessly, are always reliable, and are up to date.

Your tasks

• You will maintain and optimize our management systems and ensure that all components work together harmoniously
• You will be our problem solver when technical issues arise: you will analyze, find the cause, and ensure that our customers are fully protected
• You will be responsible for both technical support and advising the sales teams and customers, and will assist with the commissioning of new systems
• As the link between technology and sales, you will work actively with our specialist departments to find the best solutions for our customers

What is important to us

• A completed degree in electrical engineering or IT
• You have the ability to understand complex systems and work in a solution-oriented manner
• You can explain technical concepts in an understandable way and have strong communication skills—both within the team and in direct contact with customers
• Very good German skills and, ideally, good English skills round out your profile
