We are currently looking for you—with your experience, skills, and passion—at our headquarters in Egelsbach (between Frankfurt am Main and Darmstadt).
In 2026, we will move to our new, modern location on Hanauer Landstraße in Frankfurt am Main.

Your Mission

In this role, you will be part of the IT organization and act as an IT Business Partner for the People & Culture / HR division. You will be responsible for the IT-related support and further development of our HR system landscape and will actively drive the digital transformation in HR.
A particular focus is on the implementation and further development of our global HR system, Workday. In this role, you will serve as the central interface between IT and HR, ensuring that business requirements are implemented efficiently, scalably, and with clean system integration.

Your Responsibilities

• From an IT perspective, you will be responsible for the implementation, integration, and further development of our global HR system, Workday
• You will translate HR requirements into technical concepts and ensure their implementation in our systems
• You will maintain and further develop our existing HR IT landscape (e.g., booking tools, learning and training systems, and other HR-related applications)
• You will ensure the stable operation as well as the continuous optimization and integration of the HR systems
• You will work closely with HR, external service providers, and other IT teams, taking on a steering and coordinating role
• You will advise internal stakeholders on IT solutions in the HR environment, taking into account our architecture and system standards
• You will support our international locations (Germany, USA, UK, France, Austria, and China) with HR IT matters
• You will participate in strategic IT and transformation projects while also contributing to day-to-day operations
• You will develop decision-making frameworks for management in close coordination with business units and IT

Your Profile

• A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in an IT-related role with an interface to HR or business functions
• Very good understanding of HR processes (“hire to retire”) and their mapping in IT systems
• Solid experience with HR systems; Workday experience is a clear advantage
• Experience in the support, integration, and further development of application landscapes
• Strong written and verbal proficiency in German and English
• A structured, independent work style, along with the ability to manage and prioritize complex requirements
• Strong service orientation, combined with technical expertise and a commitment to designing sustainable solutions
