We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Lead for DACH region to join us at Honeywell, in Ratingen, Germany, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our executive hiring strategy. Your focus will be split between recruiting for executive- and GM-level positions and driving talent engagement initiatives across Germany. Your expertise in senior stakeholder management, project management, and executive recruitment will help us attract and retain the leaders who shape Honeywell’s future.

You will collaborate directly with senior business and HR stakeholders, advising on strategic talent needs and ensuring alignment with business goals. This position is based in our brand-new office in Ratingen, close to Düsseldorf, with a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring that we have the right talent in place to meet our business objectives and drive growth. Your efforts in talent engagement will also contribute to building a strong employer brand and a positive workplace culture.

This is 12-18 months contract, maternity leave coverage with opportunity to prolong it.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle executive and GM-level recruitment, including stakeholder alignment, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Partner with senior leadership and HR to understand talent needs, define hiring priorities, and design effective recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate and execute talent engagement activities to strengthen Honeywell’s employer brand among executive and leadership talent pools.
  • Drive projects to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and long-term talent pipeline development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as executive search firms and professional networks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations

Key skills and qualifications

  • 5 plus years of experience in executive recruitment or GM-level hiring is a must.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing executive search strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Solid project management skills, with experience leading recruitment-related initiatives.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing.
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive process enhancements
