YOUR MISSION Develop and execute the recruiting strategy for Sales and Operations roles across Germany Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruiting team Advise and coach top leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership development Drive cultural and organizational transformation initiatives in close partnership with the HR Director, ensuring alignment with company vision and market goals.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS Proven experience in leading and developing recruiting teams in scale-up environments during hypergrowth phases Strong capability to advise and coach senior leaders, including top management, on people strategy and organizational effectiveness Solid track record of successfully hiring for Sales and/or Operations roles, ideally within the IT or technology sector Demonstrated success in driving cultural and organizational transformation in collaboration with HR leadership Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills
