We're building a recruitment ecosystem where hiring managers can go straight to source and work directly with the headhunters who have the skill-sets and experience they need, inviting them to work together on a 1-2-1 basis, as part of a 'JOBBA Team', or via JOBBA's OM's. Cut out the agency and you cut out their 80% take from fees plus the layers of control and interference they often add. Flip the model and give recruiters 80% of every placement fee and they're incentivised to perform to the best of their ability every time.
