Recruitment Context

This recruitment is part of our client's efforts to strengthen its Talent Acquisition capabilities and support current and future hiring needs across multiple regions. The role will contribute directly to building a sustainable talent pipeline and improving recruitment efficiency as the organization continues to grow.

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Location: Munich. The position is currently Work From Home, with the expectation to work from the office once the Munich office is established.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job description management and job postings.
  • Conducting direct candidate sourcing, cold calling, screening interviews, and supporting hiring teams with initial candidate evaluations.
  • Participating in talent mapping projects, including industry and domain‑specific research and follow‑ups.
  • Tracking and analyzing recruitment data and project metrics and providing actionable insights to improve recruitment operations.
  • Handling routine recruitment‑related inquiries from candidates, recruitment agencies, and internal interviewers.

Desired Profile

Required degree: Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.

Desired experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant recruitment experience; strong candidates with a proven track record will also be considered.

Technical skills:

  • Strong expertise in talent sourcing and hands‑on experience with recruitment tools.
  • Ability to independently manage end‑to‑end hiring processes and recruitment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of multiple hiring channels and talent pipeline development.
  • Experience in identifying hiring risks and proactively raising early warnings.
  • Knowledge of employment compliance and labor laws across multiple countries is a plus.

Personal qualities: Proactive, detail‑oriented, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to work in an international environment.

Language requirement: Fluent in English.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Contract type: Contract with EOR.
  • Work arrangement: Remote initially; office‑based work required in the future once the Munich office is established.
