Talent Development Manager/Senior Specialist (Chinese-speaking)

Talent Development Manager

Location: Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid)

You will…

  • Develop and execute talent development strategies to attract and retain top talent, in line with our employer branding, including but not limited to talent review, promotion, excellent youth project, talent echelon construction, qualifications, etc.
  • To ensure the compliance and implementation of HQ talent development policies and regulations at the European region level, and to implement the HQ various talent development projects in Europe.
  • Develop and execute Learning and Development initiatives that align with the organization's business needs.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify capability development needs and priorities.
  • Contact and choose the external training providers. Collaborate with external training providers to manage talent programs, and coordinate with the business on regular status of program execution.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of training and lead improvement initiatives.

You need...

  • Bachelor degree or above, human resources management, enterprise management, psychology and related majors are preferred.
  • More than 5 years of working experience in human resources in large and medium-sized enterprises, including at least 2 years of working experience in talent development.
  • OD, TD related knowledge, project management ability, result orientation and delivery.
  • Detailed understanding of training processes and record of implementation of process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a talent development strategy designed to support and deliver business solutions.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese. German language skill is a plus.
