The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location of around 500 employees.
We are currently looking for a Talent Development Specialist (m/f/x) to join our EMEA team, based in Düsseldorf.
As Talent Development Specialist– EMEA, you will play a key role in the regional deployment of global Talent and Learning products and experiences, ensuring effective activation across all Hubs. You will be accountable for delivering high-quality, scalable talent processes while tailoring learning content to meet regional needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring consistent execution of cyclical talent moments, driving best practice sharing, and supporting our markets in building critical skills and capabilities.
This role leads a regional team and collaborates closely with global and local partners to ensure our talent strategy is successfully activated across the EMEA region. You will drive process efficiency, scale impactful initiatives, and enhance the associate experience through development and performance enablement.
