YOUR ROLE The industry is referring to a "war for talent". There has never been a time when the right people were more in demand and more valuable than it is today. We are truly in the people economy, which means that recruitment is not only crucial but also a significant competitive advantage. To lead this change, we rethought recruitment.

As a working student you will be part of the creative and high-performing Talent Management Team in Munich, one of three core processes of Netlight. Your main responsibility will be around active sourcing connected to the growth of Netlight. You will get insights into our talent pool structure. This involves, sourcing, reach outs, talent pool maintenance that connect to the long-term sustainable and successful growth of Netlight.
