About the Role

We offer a 6‑month internship in Lörrach (Germany), close to the 3‑border region (Germany/France/Switzerland). You are studying engineering in Germany or abroad and looking to gain initial professional experience in the industrial sector? Join our HSE Department at the Milka Chocolate site in Lörrach, the biggest chocolate site in Europe.

More About This Role

We will integrate you into the HSE department to learn the real life of an HSE Department in a big industrial site (500 employees). You will be part of the weekly HSE meetings, root cause analysis, risk analysis processes, etc.

How you will contribute

• Improve our working at height and workplace transport standards and deploy the new habits, equipment, processes across the whole site
• Prepare the HSE cross‑assessment audit
• Improve the HSE processes to gain in efficiency (digital tools, structure, etc…)
• Develop a full loss analysis and contribute to our 2027 HSE improvement plan/program

• Interest in environmental and occupational safety
• Pro‑active working. Ability to think and make proposal to get things better.
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate
• Structure and great organisation
• Positive & polite attitude
