Your position

For our bilingual Secondary School, we are looking for a qualified, English-speaking teacher of Mathematics, starting 1 June 2026. Knowledge of the IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme curricula would be a distinct advantage.

The vacancy arises to cover a planned absence for the remainder of the school year. For the right candidate, the role may continue as a permanent position in the new school year.

Your area of responsibility

• Teaching Mathematics in the Secondary School (Grades 5-12)
• Focusing on student learning and development, extending and supporting as required in order to help students to reach their potential
• Cooperating with teaching staff across the Secondary School and participating actively in conferences
• Communicating with parents and guardians

You have

• a teaching qualification for Mathematics at Secondary School level
• substantial teaching experience in Grades 5 to 12
• experience with linguistically heterogeneous learning groups
• English language skills at native-speaker level
• knowledge of German at level B2 or a willingness to improve towards this level
• strong IT skills for effective use of our modern learning environment
• personal qualities that motivate and inspire the students
• open-mindedness, flexibility and the ability to work well in a team
