About the role

The Team Coordinator Logistics is responsible for organizing and overseeing all shipping and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the department. In this key supply chain role, you will help ensure that products are delivered reliably and on time to customers and internal stakeholders.

This role combines operational involvement with leadership responsibilities: approximately 50% of the daily work will be dedicated to hands‑on operational tasks, while the remaining time will focus on team leadership, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a small logistics team, including workforce planning, while acting as the main point of contact for all operational matters
  • Oversee and actively support daily warehouse and shipping operations, including dispatch planning and documentation
  • Ensure smooth coordination with freight forwarders and service providers to guarantee on‑time deliveries
  • Manage domestic and international shipments in compliance with customs, export control, and trade regulations
  • Drive process optimization and collaborate cross‑functionally while monitoring key logistics KPIs

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Vocational training in logistics or equivalent, or 3 to 5 years' experience in freight forwarding, supply chain, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in transport planning, scheduling, shipping, export processes, Incoterms, intra‑community transport, and ATLAS declarations
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems, with excellent German and good English skills
  • Reliable, communicative, and team‑oriented with the ability to work under pressure
  • Independent, solution‑focused, and confident with a professional and pleasant demeanor
