  • Functional Lead and mentor for a small team of AI/ML engineers and software developers
  • Define technical roadmaps, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of AI/ML software packages
  • Develop core AI/ML components (e.g., model wrappers, APIs) and ensure compatibility with the product platform, including hybrid cloud/on-prem integration
  • Collaborate with the product platform architect, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and resolve integration challenges for air-gapped and low-power deployments
  • Monitor team performance, code quality, and adherence to best practices (e.g., CI/CD, documentation)
  • Act as a bridge between AI/ML innovation and product integration, ensuring energy-efficient and scalable solutions
