Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Donauwörth for a Team Lead Avionics Simulation at SII Germany. The role involves leading a team of professionals specializing in avionics simulation projects. Daily tasks include overseeing electrical design initiatives, ensuring smooth integration and validation of avionics systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing power systems for simulation projects. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and adherence to quality and safety standards are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering
• Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining Electricity-based systems
• Experience with Power Systems and their implementation within simulation environments
• Proven leadership abilities to manage and coordinate technical teams
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with industry‑standard tools and software for avionics design and simulation
• A relevant degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics, or a related field
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is an advantage
