Lead a team of IAM/PAM experts, providing technical and disciplinary guidance.

Several years’ experience as senior consultant or project lead in IAM, preferably with PAM focus.
Deep technical knowledge of PAM core functions (credential vaulting, session management, Just‑in‑Time access, monitoring) and products (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Wallix).
Strong IT infrastructure knowledge (Windows, Linux, AD/LDAP, networks, APIs).
Prior team leadership or coordination experience with a confident leadership style.
High level of ownership, communication skills and structured work approach.
Experience with regulatory requirements (NIS2, DORA, DSGVO, BAIT, KAIT, ZAIT, BSI IT‑Grundschutz, ISO/IEC 27001).
German C1, English B2.
