That’s You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce, logistics, auditing, or consulting areas. Prior experience in leading teams is highly valued.
• Strong skills in SQL and Power BI; Python knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a structured, methodical, and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a leadership mindset.
• Very good command of both German and English, written and spoken.

That’s Your Daily Business

• Lead and develop the Logistics Data Analytics team, both technically and personally.
• Empower and coach team members to reach their full potential.
• Ensure optimal use of team resources and efficient task allocation.
• Design, build, and optimize analyses and reports based on SQL and Power BI.
• Manage complex analytical projects and collaborate closely with key stakeholders from logistics, purchasing, and sales.
• Derive actionable insights from data and provide technical support for implementation.
• Conduct forecasting, KPI tracking, ad hoc analyses, and recurring reporting.
• Monitor and control the achievement of annual targets.

In Austria, we are legally obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective labour agreement in trade. This is per year 43.946,00 €. However, we offer a higher salary in accordance with your experience and qualifications. We're happy to discuss everything else on that in person.
