As a Team Lead Platform Engineering youll lead our Platform team within the Data & AI department and play a pivotal role in shaping how services are built managed and scaled across the organization. About your tasks:

Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Design and implement platform infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles with tools like Terraform
Operate and evolve our Kubernetes-based platform supporting deployment and scaling with GitOps practices
Leverage Databricks and other Data Lakehouse platforms to enhance platform capabilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps MLOps and product teams to define standards and enable developer self-service

Qualifications:

About you:

3-5 years of experience leading technical teams is required
Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and enabling high-performing teams
Experienced in Databricks or other Data Lakehouse technologies with a deep understanding of Kubernetes in production
Skilled in Python Shell or Go and experienced with Terraform CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
You thrive in a fast-moving environment and value collaboration and ownership
