We are looking for a strong leader with a deep understanding of processes to take operational charge of our fulfillment center. Reporting directly to our Director of Operations, your input carries real weight in the continuous evolution of our logistics.

This Is Your Role

Operational Leadership & Presence: You are a leader on the floor and spend the majority of your time actively with your team, having an eye for every detail.
Process Optimization & Quality: You optimize overall packing stations and processes for high performance, ensuring seamless workflows and 100% quality while preventing empty slots in the picking area.
Smart Resource Planning: You coordinate shift planning for working students, master seasonal spikes such as the spring peak, coach your team, and ensure a motivating work atmosphere.
Inventory Mastery: You keep inventory accuracy at record levels through clean inbound processes, returns management, regular cycle counts, and optimizing storage slotting to reduce walking distances.
Administrative Direction: You manage a consumables budget (up to €20k), coordinate FBA shipments for Amazon, and independently manage our disposal partners.
Forklift Hero: You safely operate our MHE, assist with loading and unloading, and maintain a perfectly organized pallet warehouse.

What You Bring

Leadership Experience: You have already led teams in a dynamic logistics environment (e-commerce, retail, or production).
Language Skills: Good German and English skills are essential for internal communication and managing your team; you inspire working students toward operational excellence.
Hands‑on Mentality: You love the shop‑floor dynamics, motivate your team through your own actions, and take joy in developing talent.
Process Mindset: You have an eye for detail, immediately recognize stalled workflows, and spot movement optimizations.
Solution‑Oriented: You work proactively and pragmatically, keeping high-quality standards during peak phases.
