What you bring to the table

A successfully completed degree in computer science, natural sciences, or a comparable technical field is required.
Several years of management and professional experience in software development (at least 4 years) – ideally in agile environments.
In-depth knowledge of at least two programming languages and relational databases.
Practical experience with Symfony and/or React
You enjoy developing and are characterized by team spirit and quality awareness
Very good German skills (C1), team spirit, and desire to work on site in the office

Your tasks will include

Technical and disciplinary management of a team of developers
Continuous development of your employees through cooperative leadership
You will shape the technical specifications for sustainable conventions and architectures in the management team
You will develop and design processes and their automation.
The development of new features and the further development of existing features with high quality and speed of implementation.
Optimization, scaling, and further development of the overall architecture of your area.
You will assume overall responsibility for the IT systems in your area (software, servers, availability).
