Team Leader Production (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently looking for a responsible team leader (m/f/d) for our production department who keeps a close eye on the figures and supports their team colleagues. In your role, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 15 employees and will act as the interface between production management, production planning and your team colleagues. Your tasks will also include the following:

• You will focus on planning, organising and monitoring the assigned production and manufacturing orders
• You will be responsible for the qualitative implementation and continuous efficiency improvement of production for your team
• You will provide operational support to your production team
• You will continuously develop yourself and your employees
• You will optimise and further develop work processes

YOUR PROFILE

You have completed training with a focus on technology or mechanics. You also have the following:

• Ideally, you have professional experience in assembly
• You enjoy working in a team and are open to new things
• You have an independent and structured working style
• You have organisational and interpersonal leadership skills, as well as assertiveness.
• You keep a cool head and maintain an overview in difficult situations
• Performance orientation, goal orientation and teamwork are among your strengths
• You have a high level of quality awareness
• You are well versed in MS Office and are a pro at using ERP systems, ideally SAP
• You are fluent in German and ideally have a good command of English
