Field of activity

Our IT specialist domain is responsible for the development and maintenance of specialist software solutions for the DRV Bund's real estate and administration management. The field of real estate administration and real estate management offers an interesting and challenging working environment.

Your tasks

• Leading and building up a team of 10 employees in terms of personnel and technical aspects
• Applying the management tools of personnel development
• Supporting the implementation and follow‑up of change processes
• Control of IT processes
• Monitoring and controlling IT processes, problem analysis and troubleshooting of the highest degree of difficulty
• Actively shaping the tasks assigned to the team with high service standards

Your profile

• Successfully completed higher education (Bachelor or Diploma FH) in the IT field or comparable qualification (e.g. IT‑specific qualification) or completed vocational training in the IT field with relevant experience or comparable practical work experience in the IT field
• Several years of task‑relevant professional experience in IT
• Experience in the technical and / or disciplinary management of teams or project groups
• Ideally initial practical experience in the agile approach
• Strong communication skills, a high degree of independence and a self‑reliant way of working round off your profile
