For our Connected Vehicle Architecture & Integration department we are looking for a dedicated team leader with experience in E/E architecture development or complete vehicle integration.

Your Tasks

• You take responsibility for the further development and professional and disciplinary management of the team
• You are responsible for ensuring cooperation and promoting the exchange of experience and knowledge in the department and in the specialist area
• You are the technical contact person for customers internally and externally in the area of E/E architecture development or complete vehicle integration
• You organize the follow-up of personnel planning, qualification and service provision in cooperation with project managers and specialists in the department
• You carry out cost estimates and offer preparation
• You will be involved in supporting the head of department in expanding our customer base (also internationally) including project acquisition

Necessary Skills

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or a comparable field of study
• Alternative: Technician/master with many years of professional experience in the relevant field
• Experience in managing teams of at least five employees
• Experience in the field of vehicle electronics and/or networking or E/E architectures
• Good networking in the field of E/E development at various OEMs
• Very good written and spoken German (C1)
