At Hubdrive, digital marketing starts with content. You moderate authors in all departments - from experts in product management to authors within your own team.
For us, content means exciting videos with added value for the buying persona, success stories, social media posts and expert articles.
We have a large number of publishing channels (the Microsoft AppSource software marketplace, exciting social media channels for customers & partners and our websites, which by the way generate a lot of valuable leads).
You keep the lights on in our video studio. At least that's what the author of these lines hopes ;)
You always keep an eye on the big picture. Are we hitting our growth targets, does the editorial calendar match up and are the regions growing as planned? Digital marketing is at the very beginning of the value chain. So you determine the maximum scaling.
Important! You are a role model and coach. You always make sure that your employees have fun and continue to develop. Every four weeks, you sit down with each individual and discuss how they are doing.
You will regularly hire additional digital marketing managers, content creators, video and social media experts. As I said, we want to continue to grow steadily. This completes the topic.
You have several years of professional experience in digital marketing yourself.
You also led a team in marketing. We need your routines for this, unfortunately we can't compromise on that.
Enthusiasm for disruptive, digital marketing is your passion.
You are interested in the systematic scaling of business cases.
In any case, you need eloquence, a confident appearance and polished manners. Because the people you talk to at partners and customers are established personalities.
Your German and English should be on point.
