Teamleitung Elektrofachkraft – Elektroenergie und Gebäude (m/w/d) – im Werk Hannover

Starttermin: nach Absprache.

Ihre Aufgaben – vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Koordination eines 2‑köpfigen Teams inkl. Einsatzplanung und Steuerung externer Servicepartner.
• Bestellung zur verantwortlichen Elektrofachkraft (VEFK) für die Energieversorgung am Campus.
• Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebs der Energie‑ und Gebäudetechnik durch Wartung, Instandhaltung und vorbeugende Maßnahmen (u.a. Thermografie, Transformatorprüfungen).
• Durchführung und Freigabe von Schalthandlungen im Mittel‑ und Niederspannungsnetz (30kV / 6kV / NS).
• Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Energieanlagen und Neuanlagen inkl. technischer Schnittstellen.
• Verantwortung für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Normen und Prüfungen (u.a. DGUV Vorschrift 3, DIN VDE 0105).

Ihr Profil – fachlich stark, menschlich überzeugend

• Berufsausbildung als Elektriker sowie zusätzliche Qualifikation zum Meister oder Techniker.
• Erfahrung in Schalthandlungen von Mittelspannung (1 kV bis 35 kV).
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im produktionsnahen Umfeld eines Industrieunternehmens.
• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen in interdisziplinären Teams.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Sicherer Umgang mit der MS‑Office Software.
