Teamlead (m/f/d) Customer Service Central Europe & Export Markets

Stellenbeschreibung:

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor and support the Central Europe & Exports Customer Service team covering Central European countries and other MEA markets as the central point of contact.
  • Foster a positive work environment, coach and train team members, define clear goals and drive continuous team development.
  • Take on professional and disciplinary leadership tasks, including holiday planning, time management and performance reviews.
  • Implement targets and KPIs set by management, monitor team performance, ensure proper follow‑up, and put in place countermeasures to achieve goals.
  • Provide continuous updates to management regarding team progress.
  • Ensure efficient workflow within the team and in cross‑functional collaboration, contributing to continuous improvement of processes, service quality and support standards.
  • Support day‑to‑day operations and handle complex customer or technical inquiries when needed.

Qualifications

  • Completed a commercial or technical education and several years of experience in customer service, ideally within the Automotive, Motorcycle and/or Powersports industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to structure and prioritize tasks effectively, and apply a solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Experienced with MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with ERP systems.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages from the assigned countries are an asset.
  • Open‑minded, communicative and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
