Teamlead (m/f/d) – Dorsten, Germany – Fulltime

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor all processes in your area and initiate measures to achieve KPIs
• Support coordination of employee planning in close cooperation with superiors
• Take on technical, disciplinary and organizational responsibility for employees
• Coordinate and implement training courses
• Report on team performance to superiors in daily and weekly company meetings

• Committed person who takes responsibility and is able to make informed decisions to achieve goals
• Inspiring personality who influences employees through behavior and performance
• Ability to lead and motivate a team from within; leadership skills critical to realizing the team's full potential

• Comfortable with both English and German
• Willingness to work shifts
