Teamlead Product Management ORBIS Medication page is loaded## Teamlead Product Management ORBIS Medicationlocations: DEU - Bonn: Remote Working – Germanytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR **Join our Team!****We are growing!**Join us as **Teamlead Product Management ORBIS Medication (m/f/d)** at **Dedalus**, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, in **Bonn or 100% Home Office** to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.**Your Tasks:*** Lead the Product Management team for ORBIS Medication, fostering collaboration and customer‐focused decision‐making* Set and communicate the vision, mission, roadmap and strategy for the value stream in alignment with business goals* Assess and prioritize customer needs based on business priorities, project demands, and technical dependencies.* Analyse market needs and regulatory requirements across different regions to ensure the product roadmap reflects real customer and market value* Work closely with R&D leadership and UX to align strategy and concepts, development plans, and delivery* Engage cross‐functionally with departments such as Sales, Service, Support, Country Product Management, other Product Management Teams* Define and track key product and team metrics together with R&D to drive continuous improvement**You bring in:*** University degree in Medicine, Phamarcy or Engineering, equivalent program or an equivalent combination of training and experience* 4 to 5 years expertise in healthcare software industry in Product Management or R&D* Strong market knowledge of the hospital healthcare sector, especially for the markets DACH, UK, FR and ANZ* Deep expertise in clinical medication workflows and the use of digital systems supporting these processes* Experience with ORBIS is an advantage* Ability to balance conflicting inputs and unite teams around the best possible solution* Solid business acumen in the healthcare domain* Excellent communication skills in German and English — written, verbal, and in presentations, French is a plus* Strong proficiency with modern office software (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)* JIRA knowledge is a plus**Our benefits:*** Permanent employment contract with attractive salary for a long-term perspective* Flexible working hours and working time models – for a good work-life-balance* Home office incl.
