Zur Verstärkung unseres technischen Führungsteams suchen wir eine erfahrene und strategisch denkende Persönlichkeit als Teamleiter Production Support CNC (m/f/d) – mit standortübergreifender Verantwortung für drei Werke und technischer Führungsverantwortung für den Bereich CNC‑Programmierung und CNC‑Support.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Teams CNC‑Programmierung, Vorrichtungsbau und CNC‑Support über alle drei Standorte (Tuttlingen, Hägendorf, Balsthal)
• Strategische Weiterentwicklung der CNC‑Technologie‑Roadmap sowie Harmonisierung von Standards und Prozessen
• Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder durch coaching, training und kompetenzorientierte Personalentwicklung
• Analyse, Optimierung und Einführung von modernen Fertigungsprozessen und CNC‑Strategien
• Qualifizierung und Einführung neuer Technologien sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Qualität und Operations
• Erstellung, Pflege und Standardisierung von technischen Prozessdokumentationen, Verfahrensanweisungen und CNC‑Bearbeitungsvorgaben
• Unterstützung bei technischen Eskalationen, Prozessvalidierungen und komplexen Bearbeitungsthemen
• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätsverbesserung, Effizienzsteigerung und Ausschussreduktion
• Weiterentwicklung der Wartungs‑ und Instandhaltungsstrategien für eine optimale Anlagenverfügbarkeit

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im technischen Bereich (z. B. Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Fertigungstechnik) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
• Mehrjährige Führungs‑ und Praxiserfahrung in der zerspanenden Fertigung, idealerweise im medizinischen Umfeld oder in hochpräzisen Fertigungsbereichen
• Sehr gute organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der standortübergreifenden Steuerung technischer Teams
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um in unserer internationalen Organisation souverän zu kommunizieren
• Fundiertes Verständnis eines P&L (Profit & Loss) und die Fähigkeit, betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen in operative und strategische Entscheidungen zu übersetzen
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, LEAN‑Methoden und kontinuierlicher Prozessoptimierung
• ISO‑13485‑Erfahrung inklusive sicherem Umgang mit Dokumentation, Validierungsanforderungen und deren Auswirkungen auf Prozesse
• Hohe technische Kompetenz in CNC‑Bearbeitung, kombiniert mit einer lösungsorientierten und souveränen Führungspersönlichkeit
