The Role As a Technical Consultant, you work directly on the implementation of ServiceNow CRM solutions, with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM), or Sales and Order Management (SOM). In close collaboration with experienced colleagues, you configure and implement solutions directly on the platform, capture customer requirements, and translate them into technical solution approaches. You work close to the customer, close to the team, and close to real results.

Your Responsibilities Technical Project Delivery & Hands-on Development:

You configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform in the areas of CSM, FSM, and/or SOM, ensuring that solutions are implemented cleanly and sustainably. To do this, you leverage Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SSO, Mid-Server, and more.

Analysis & Solution Design:

You capture customer processes, understand their requirements, and translate them into well-thought-out technical solution approaches.

You actively engage with the team, share your knowledge, learn from more experienced colleagues, and continuously develop yourself, professionally and personally.

What You Should Bring At least 2 years of experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow or comparable CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce). Some project experience in a consulting environment would be an advantage — it will help you grow into taking ownership of project delivery with us. Hands-on experience in at least one of the areas CSM, FSM, or SOM would be desirable. Solid technical know-how: XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, CSS. Experience integrating AI tools or automation into workflows. Ability to capture, structure, and translate requirements into technical solutions. Excellent English, written and spoken (C1 level), German skills at least at B1 level. Willingness to travel for customer appointments and team events. Self-motivation and a genuine drive to move things forward in a small team.

Certifications Certified System Administrator (CSA) Desirable: Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM, FSM

No ServiceNow background? No problem! Comparable experience and certifications, e.g. with Salesforce (Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning), also work for us.
