As a

Technical Consultant D365 CE , you will combine hands-on development expertise with client-facing consulting responsibilities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects.

You will work directly with stakeholders, translate business requirements into scalable solutions and contribute to enterprise CRM transformations.

Your Responsibilities • Develop, customise and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, Customer Service) • Design and implement workflows, plug-ins, integrations and automation • Translate functional requirements into technical architecture • Collaborate closely with business analysts and client stakeholders • Ensure data integrity, security and compliance within CRM environments • Support system upgrades, migrations and performance optimisation • Provide technical consulting support and troubleshooting • Deliver documentation of technical designs and configurations • Contribute to DevOps, ALM and deployment pipeline processes

Your Profile • 3–7 years of experience developing and customising CRM systems • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Solid programming background in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript and SQL • Experience with API integrations and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) • Exposure to Azure technologies including Functions and Logic Apps • Experience with Azure DevOps, ALM concepts and deployment pipelines • Understanding of agile project methodologies • Strong communication skills and consulting mindset • Fluent German and strong English skills

Nice to Have • Experience in international or multi-cultural project environments • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-200 • Experience integrating Azure components into CRM ecosystems
