Role OverviewAs a Technical Content Developer, you will transform complex technical information into interactive and accessible digital training materials. Working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), you’ll develop high-quality web-based and blended learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and AI-assisted tools. This role combines creativity, structure, and technical understanding to create impactful, learner-centered eLearning content that aligns with NACOS Marine’s global training strategy. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop digital training content (WBT and blended learning) in collaboration with technical expertsCreate interactive, visually engaging learning experiences using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and integrated AI toolsTranslate complex technical topics into clear, learner-friendly materials following instructional design and adult learning principlesAdapt and tailor content for various audiences including employees, partners, and customersReview and test materials for clarity, interactivity, and compliance with quality and accessibility standardsManage multiple development projects, ensuring timely, high-quality deliveryGather learner feedback and continuously improve content effectivenessStay current with emerging eLearning trends, tools, and best practices Key RequirementsDegree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, Media Design, or equivalent experienceProven experience in creating digital learning content for technical or product-related subjectsStrong proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, including AI-assisted featuresSound understanding of instructional design, adult learning theory, and eLearning principlesExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong organizational and project management abilities with a keen eye for detail and qualityCreative thinker able to simplify complex information and create engaging learning solutionsCollaborative team player with the ability to work independently in a cross-functional environmentAdditional skills such as graphic or video editing, experience with LMS platforms, or knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) are advantageous Why choose us and why we’d choose you?At NACOS Marine, we combine technology, learning, and innovation to create smarter, safer solutions for the maritime industry.
