Project Overview The project focuses on preparing existing structured technical documentation for migration to the TPS360 technical publication system. The work involves reviewing and revising PI-Mod structured documents for

Gas Turbine Service Manuals using TechPub Studio .

Key Responsibilities - Review and revise existing PI-Mod structured documents. - Perform semantic corrections to ensure content is compliant with TPS360 requirements. - Run Acrolinx checks to ensure language quality and terminology consistency. - Update or create technical illustrations according to provided specifications. - Ensure documentation follows DIN 82079 technical documentation standards. - Perform editorial updates directly in TechPub Studio. - Maintain modular documentation structure for reuse and consistency.

Tools & Technologies - TechPub Studio (PI-Mod DTD) - Acrolinx - Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Teams, Loop) - Content Management System (CMS)

Required Skills - Basic technical understanding of engineering documentation. - Editorial and technical writing skills. - Knowledge of structured documentation and XML-based content. - Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS). - Understanding of documentation standards such as DIN 82079. - Very good German language skills and basic English.

Work Management Tasks will be organized into work packages and tracked using Microsoft Loop and Excel. Documentation progress and task assignments will be monitored throughout the project.

Deliverables - Corrected and validated PI-Mod modules ready for TPS360. - Language and terminology compliance verified through Acrolinx. - Updated service manual content and illustrations as required.
