Huawei's Heisenberg Research Center in Munich is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products. To address growing market demands, we are seeking a passionate Technical Marketing & Business Development Manager to focus on base station antennas.

Technical Marketing & Business Development Manager - Antenna (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • Define market strategies: Develop and implement innovative, customer specific marketing strategies for base station antennas within a dedicated region.
  • Engage with stakeholders: Act as a key interface with customers, Huawei account organizations and third-parties to understand current and future needs, creating opportunities for collaboration and joint innovation.
  • Generate market analysis insights: Contribute to the strategic solution roadmap, portfolio development, and new product definitions by analyzing market trends and customer demands.
  • Promote Huawei solutions: Work closely with Huawei account teams to present solutions, identify new customer needs, and leverage opportunities for business growth, innovation, and added value.
  • Drive market breakthroughs: Lead initiatives to expand market presence, unlock new business opportunities, and strengthen Huawei’s competitive edge.
  • Foster long-term partnerships: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with stakeholders to ensure sustained collaboration and mutual success, while actively contributing to antenna-related standardization efforts and shaping the industry’s future direction.

Your areas of expertise

  • Bachelor or higher degree, including knowledge in RF/electromagnetics.
  • Preferably antenna related sales, marketing, product management or engineering, ideally with good established relationships with mobile network operators.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with mobile network operators, industry partners, and internal teams.
  • Able to manage international projects, and to coordinate activities with key stakeholders on a global level.
  • A results-driven, proactive approach with a passion for identifying innovative solutions and methods, driving business growth.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ready to do frequent international travelling (up to 1/3 of the time).
  • Must be able to work onsite in Munich office when not on business travel.
