Own the product vision, backlog and operational success for AI initiatives. You turn business problems into AI use cases and orchestrate the journey from first PoC to scalable MVPs.
What youâll do
- Define product vision, success metrics and a prioritized backlog for AI use cases; articulate problem framing and doneâcriteria for each iteration.
- Translate business problems into AI opportunities across multiple departments; manage a portfolio of small, highâimpact AI products embedded throughout the organization.
- Lead stakeholder management, requirement engineering and process understanding; build trust through transparency, measurable outcomes and clear tradeâoffs.
- Run the product lifecycle endâtoâend: ideation, scoping, experimentation, pilot rollout, feedback loops and handover to product teams.
- Ensure alignment with requirements from data governance, compliance, IT security and data protection by design.
- Champion responsible AI (risk classification, user disclosures, humanâinâtheâloop where needed).
- Evaluate and document makeâorâbuy decisions for AI solutions, balancing speed, cost and longâterm maintainability.
Mustâhave
- Experience as Product Owner/PM for AI, data or platform products with proven outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to grasp business problems and processes fast and in depth.
- Good understanding of Azure AI Foundry or other AI platform; able to discuss tradeâoffs with Engineers and Architects.
- Working knowledge of GenAI concepts (LLMs, prompting, retrieval, conversational flows) and evaluation strategies.
