We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who will manage the project on the vehicle side.

This role can provide you the opportunity to work across various manufacturing areas and departments as we are building a tailored Quality AI tool in a fast‑paced environment, in order to accelerate problem-solving on the final product. The tool’s objective is to help the engineers on root cause investigation. A second phase of the project will focus on predicting issues in the factory.

What You’ll Do

The goal is to achieve a clean and usable data source of relevant processes that contributes to the product quality:

• Identify and gather all the relevant processes that could contribute to the final product quality leveraging the knowledge of Quality, Process and manufacturing engineers
• Identify the current data source each parameter is reporting to
• Connect all relevant parameters to the factory operating system (FX) across all vehicle shops
• Engage the right end users for the product validation
• Summarize and track the product validation feedback from the relevant end users
• Track all tasks from all stakeholders, keeping deliverables on time
• Timeline planning and monitoring
• Highlight timeline risks and escape topics as required

What You’ll Bring

• Good communication skills in English (C1 level) and German (B2 level)
• Degree in an engineering discipline (e.g. quality management, process engineering)
• An analytical mindset, grounding in engineering first principals and be problem-solving oriented
• Proven achievements in Project Management with deliverables and tasks achieved on time in a fast‑paced project
• Proven achievements of visualization of the project’s status highlighting the main risks
• Ability to work and shine in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
• Self‑starting and driven to work on the most important problems
• Able to keep the overview and improve processes
• A strong team player
