Your tasks

• Technical project management for the university-wide introduction of an enterprise content management system/document management system (ECM/DMS)
  • Creation and coordination of the project definition
  • Planning of the introduction
  • Involvement and support of the system administration and specialist departments to be integrated
  • Project documentation
• Coordination of project planning with
  • Interface function with external manufacturers/service providers
  • Analysis of requirements and documentation of processes in cooperation with the specialist departments
  • Advising the specialist departments on the implementation of requirements
  • Carrying out tests on requirements
• Design and implementation of training courses and advising end users/specialist departments on the use of the software solution
• Design and establishment of IT services for digitally supported document processing at the university

Your profile

• University degree, preferably in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable degree in economics (bachelor's or university of applied sciences diploma)
• Sound and proven practical expertise in the areas of project and process management
• Very good knowledge of advising specialist departments and translating technical requirements into understandable solutions
• Very good knowledge of an ECM/DMS system, ideally M-Files
• Good knowledge of the administration and configuration of software solutions
• Knowledge of university administrative processes is an advantage
• At least good knowledge of German (minimum B2) and good knowledge of English (comparable to B2 level)
• Independent, structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good organizational and communication skills with high social competence
• Ability to familiarize yourself independently with complex issues and to identify new areas of responsibility from the user's perspective
• High level of motivation, initiative, and commitment
• Ability to work in a team and enjoy communicating with users
• Strong customer and service-oriented behavior
• Gender and diversity competence are required

Benefits

Remuneration is based on pay scale 13 of the collective agreement for employees of the State of Hesse (TV-H).
