Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) – Network Benchmarking & Optimization

What you’ll do

Full ownership of customer engagements: scope, delivery, quality, and outcome

Design of benchmark concepts, methodologies, and project setups

Creation of proposals including scope, effort, and commercial structure

End-to-end responsibility for in-time, in-budget, in-quality delivery

Steering of engineers, data teams, and external execution partners

Quality assurance across data, analytics, and reporting

Translation of technical results into management-ready insights

Relationship management with senior client stakeholders (CTO, Network, Engineering)

Business follow-up: renewals, next cycles, and expansion opportunities

Who you are

Strong background in telecom, networks, or data-driven engineering environments

Experience leading complex technical projects with senior stakeholders

Ability to turn technical depth into clear business decisions
