Technical Sales Cable & Assemblies Defens & Marine

As a Technical Sales Manager for Defense & Marine, you will drive business growth in these strategic sectors, responsible for acquiring new international customers, managing the full technical and commercial sales cycle, and serving as the key interface between clients and internal engineering teams.

• Acquiring new customers, including abroad if necessary, as well as maintaining and expanding existing customer base in the field
• Identifying market potential among new customers and target customers in the marine & defence sector
• Preparation of market and competition analyses
• Technical and commercial processing of enquiries, quotations and orders
• Implementation of the company\'s operational market targets
• Interface between product development, project management and purchasing
• Participation in marketing campaigns and customer loyalty measures
• Representation at trade fairs and congresses
• Ensuring and expanding customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Completed technical degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or mechanical engineering, or technical training and several years of experience as a technician in a sales role
• Extensive and indepth experience in technical sales of products requiring explanation (national and international), ideally in the areas of cables, connectors or cable systems
• Confident MS Office skills and good CRM (Salesforce) experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Confident manner, ability to work in a team and assertiveness
• Business fluent German and English
• Willingness to travel extensively in the UK and abroad
