We’re looking for a
Technical Marketing & Business Development Manager
to help define and execute market strategies for our
base station antenna solutions
across Europe.
What You’ll Do
Define Market Strategies:
Develop and implement innovative, customer-focused go-to-market plans for antenna and RF system solutions.
Engage with Stakeholders:
Act as a key interface between customers, account teams, and technical groups to identify needs, shape roadmaps, and foster joint innovation.
Analyze Market Trends:
Translate industry insights and customer feedback into product requirements, portfolio improvements, and new solution opportunities.
Promote Solutions:
Partner with sales and engineering teams to present solutions, lead technical discussions, and create value-driven business cases.
Expand Market Presence:
Lead initiatives to open new opportunities, strengthen competitive positioning, and support global growth objectives.
Build Long-Term Relationships:
Cultivate trusted partnerships with network operators and industry leaders, influencing future antenna and RF system development.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering (preferably RF, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering).
Proven experience in technical sales, marketing, product management, or business development — antenna experience is beneficial but not essential.
Strong understanding of telecommunications or wireless infrastructure markets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
Experience managing international projects and cross‑functional collaboration.
Fluent in English (German a plus).
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30% of time) and work onsite in Munich when not travelling.
