Introduction

We are seeking a Technical Sales Support & Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen our Sales & Service organization in Central Europe. The role supports local sales teams and customers with a strong focus on spare and wear parts as well as capital investments, primarily for pumps, cyclones, dewatering, and hydrometallurgy solutions. Office locations can be Düsseldorf or Utrecht.

What you’ll do

• Support profitable business growth by providing high-quality technical and commercial sales support, with a strong focus on pumps and related product portfolios.
• Deliver expert technical support internally and externally, including pump sizing and solution clarification for customers and sales teams.
• Act as a key interface between customers, sales, factories, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Manage and process customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and invoicing end-to-end using SAP and CRM systems.
• Handle technical and commercial inquiries and complaints in a structured and customer-oriented manner.
• Plan and commercially process service orders, coordinating closely with service technicians and relevant internal functions.
• Maintain and leverage accurate installed base information and support customer satisfaction surveys and closed-loop improvement activities.
• Ensure CRM and order-related data is accurate and up to date, supporting opportunity tracking, pipeline transparency, and accounts receivable activities.

Who you are

• Degree in Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in technical sales support, customer service, or application engineering within pumps or related industrial equipment.
• Strong technical understanding combined with commercial awareness and customer orientation.
• Structured and reliable working style with high attention to detail and process quality.
• Confident communicator able to collaborate effectively across sales, service, factories, and customers.
• Very good experience with SAP and CRM Systems.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the Benelux region.
• Fluency in English and Dutch. French is considered an advantage.
