Technical Service Engineer | Berlin | €80k

Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and improving healthcare? I’m currently hiring for a Technical Service Engineer for a company leading the way in diagnostic imaging innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Remotely install, configure, and maintain medical imaging systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, and network layers.
• Execute preventive maintenance to ensure uptime and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with application specialists, clinical users, and IT teams.
• Respond to service requests with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
• Support new product roll outs by providing “elbow support” for our global customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare IT, applications, or imaging environment
• Solid understanding of DICOM , PACS , HL7 , and clinical imaging workflows
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills
• Comfort working directly with both technical and clinical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Prior experience with enterprise imaging software or radiology tools
• Scripting or light coding skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Familiarity with HL7, networking, or healthcare security standards
