Technical Superintendent – Expedition Cruise Fleet (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the technical performance of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company standards.
  • Plan and supervise maintenance, repairs, and dry‑docking activities.
  • Develop and manage budgets for technical operations.
  • Collaborate with onboard and shore‑based teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular vessel inspections.
  • Implement and uphold environmental and safety policies.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or equivalent.
  • Experience as a Technical Superintendent, preferably in the expedition sector, but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and classification society requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in working as part of a team is essential.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
