About the Role Your tasks include monitoring and managing the technical performance of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities Monitor and manage the technical performance of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company standards. Plan and supervise maintenance, repairs, and dry-docking activities. Develop and manage budgets for technical operations. Collaborate with onboard and shore-based teams to ensure seamless operations. Conduct regular vessel inspections. Implement and uphold environmental and safety policies.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or equivalent. Experience as a Technical Superintendent, preferably in the expedition sector, but not mandatory.

Required Skills Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and classification society requirements. Excellent leadership and communication skills. A genuine interest in working as part of a team is essential. Fluency in English. Willingness to travel as required.
