Technical Superintendent - Offshore

My client is seeking an experienced maritime professional to manage offshore vessels based in Hamburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in maritime engineering and proven onshore experience. Key Responsibilities

• Day‑day technical management and coordination of a handful of offshore vessels.
• Ensure the smooth running of your vessels and maintain crew efficiency at the highest level.
• Develop and manage crew to meet all deadlines and targets set by the management team.
• Manage vessel budgets and operating expenditure.
• Plan and implement dry dockings as required.

Requirements

• Chief Engineer or 2nd Engineer experience sailing.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar offshore vessel role (e.g., Technical Superintendent).
• Demonstrable onshore experience.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.
