Your IMPACT

• Provide technical support for EV chargers, energy storage systems, and related solutions
• Assist front office L2 support on customer product selection, configuration, and integration
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely
• Collaborate with Engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and field insights
• Develop and deliver technical training for internal teams at SE Front Office
• Create training materials , including presentations, manuals, and e‑learning content
• Support key accounts and strategic projects across assigned countries

Your Profile

• Completed education in electrical engineering principles, power electronics, or energy systems
• Experience with EV charging infrastructure, energy storage, and grid integration is an advantage
• Experience designing and delivering technical training programs
• Fluency in English and another European language is an advantage
• Flexibility for travelling in Europe (approx. 40% – 50%)
