Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled CAD Technician / Project Manager with expertise in Vectorworks Spotlight, including 3D modeling and Braceworks, to join our team. The role involves creating technical drawings, supporting inter-disciplinary planning, and developing standards and symbols for Vectorworks.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop technical drawings and models using Vectorworks Spotlight
Perform static analyses and support structural calculations with Braceworks
Develop and maintain Vectorworks standards and symbols
Assist in creating and managing technical documentation and planning materials
Coordinate with technical teams and provide training on Vectorworks tools
Create visualizations for client presentations and competitions

Qualifications:

Completed education or degree in event technology, engineering, or related field
Proficient in Vectorworks Spotlight, with experience in 3D modeling and Braceworks
Experience in structural analysis is a plus
Strong technical understanding and interdisciplinary planning interest
Structured, independent work style, creative thinking, and good communication skills

Additional Requirements:

Portfolio of Vectorworks designs (PDF format)
Support the company as the main CAD contact
Assist in developing planning documents and standards
Support in structural calculations and safety verifications
Train technical planners and develop visualizations
