Technician Time & Motion

Your new Role and Responsibilities

The Technician Time & Motion analyzes workstations through time and motion studies to identify waste and non‑value‑added activities and implements improvement actions to optimize production efficiency.

Conduct time measurements and analyze production operations
Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve productivity
Balance workstations and verify takt time compliance
Optimize production processes in terms of time, space, quality, and ergonomics
Perform activities related to 5S and HAI programs
Calculate production line targets and define appropriate production speeds
Monitor and follow up on implemented improvement actions
Perform calculations related to time, copper consumption, and materials
Analyze production averages and correct identified deviations
Evaluate the impact of technical changes on production time
Clarify differences between actual production time and standard catalog time
Ensure compliance with procedures, safety rules, and quality standards
Provide regular reports to management and collaborate with internal departments

Your Profile

Bac+2 to Bac+3 in a technical field (Electromechanics, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering)
1 to 2+ years of experience in an industrial environment
Good knowledge of industrial processes, maintenance/equipment, and technical drawings
Familiar with continuous improvement tools (Lean, AMDEC, problem-solving)
Ability to analyze and optimize processes and handle technical data
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and English Skills are a plus
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good organization and attention to detail
Proactive, adaptable, and continuous improvement mindset
