Responsibility for the service and aftersales business in the Mobile Crane segment
Ensuring quality and process compliance of all service and maintenance activities
Identifying and reporting deviations or quality fluctuations in services or products, and supporting root cause analysis
Documenting service and maintenance activities and actively contributing to continuous product and service improvement
Close collaboration with customers to capture machine and operational requirements in the Mobile Crane segment
Managing and optimizing internal service processes and interfaces (e.g., spare parts, logistics, engineering)
Solid knowledge in the field of (mobile) cranes
Experience in maintenance, repair, and service processes for large machinery and equipment (hydraulics, electrics, mechanics)
Experience in customer service and collaboration with sales, product, and service organizations
Technical qualification (e.g., mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electrician) or comparable background
Entrepreneurial mindset, hands‑on mentality, team spirit, and strong customer orientation
Willingness to travel for on‑site customer assignments, fluent German (written and spoken), good English skills are an advantage
